IMBODY WELLNESS asked Mandorla for strategic support with their online marketing because they as many entrepreneurs weren’t very familiar with digital marketing and needed help to grow their business.
Digital Marketing Roadmap
We created a roadmap for IMBODY WELLNESS that allow them not only to set their strategic objectives based on fact and analysis, but which also to provides a strategic plan that assess the results of their activities and recommendations for improvements. The roadmap was designed as a framework, which the company can reuse and thus benefit from the investment several years. The roadmap included elements such as;
- Customer Segmentation and personas
- Key messages
- Tone of voice and brand positioning
- Identification of stakeholders / influencers
- Channels Mix (Choice of channels for the company)
- Social strategy and focus, including a definition of focus on hashtags and themes

“Blow your mind” Retreat Campaign
Along with the roadmap we created a concept for a 3 months campaign, called “Blow your mind”. The concept provided detailed instruction for what steps to be executed up to the date of the retreat, with suggestions for videos, countdown posts, videos teasers showing retreat location and interviews with retreat professionals.
While IMBODY WELLNESS had opted to do the implementation themselves Mandorla provided during the entire campaign consultancy and ongoing recommendations for how the campaign could be improved
The goal was to increase awareness and secure a minimum of 12 participants to the exclusive retreat in Buzios which was realized. IMBODY WELLNESS realized as a part of the process that of implementing a campaign was a larger workload than first perceived. A digital and highly social campampaign is time consuming and to get engagement you need to engage yourself.
